COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQ

Can I come straight here after an injury?

We need a referral first, and we don’t take walk-ins. For urgent injuries, go to the emergency department or urgent care.

Do I need an X-ray first?

For most suspected fractures and joint injuries, yes. Your doctor will arrange it with the referral.

What if my injury doesn’t get better?

If pain persists beyond the expected healing time, our chronic pain physicians can take over your care without a new referral.
