Referrals

Before a patient can book an appointment with us, a family doctor, specialist, or nurse practitioner must send us a referral.

Requirements

Patients must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid Ontario health card

We do not see patients for:

Lacerations or vascular injuries
Acutely operative or acutely post-operative pain/injuries
Pain caused by active cancer or an infection
Abdominal or pelvic pain/injuries

We do not have walk-ins, and do not take over opioid prescribing.

The referring MD or NP must include an appropriate workup along with the referral (see below).
